World Read Aloud !
As part of the World Read Aloud Day we had a skype call this morning from a classroom in C.E. Miller Elementary School in Westmont, Illinois, USA. The students read us a story called Larry Got Lost in Chicago because they live near the city of Chicago.
Earlier in the week we read them a story called Kapai and the City of Sails as it reviewed landmarks in our local community. The students enjoyed asking each other questions and we have agreed to keep in touch during the year.
